Need Middle Level Accountant.

  • Calculating and checking all payments amounts & records are accurate in

  • Preparation of invoices with GST formats.
  • Managing petty cash transactions in Tally.
  • Credit Reconciliation, collect supporting document make entry Tally and make payment on time
  • Cash transaction voucher Audit monthly
  • Support to Completed Month end process on time and accuracy.
  • Planned and complete the task on time. Month End and Balance sheet tasks.
  • Monitoring Travel Transaction on daily basis.
  • Monthly Report Preparation for Audit team.

    Job Description

    Need Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineer.

    • Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects.
    • Works as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside Interior Designers, architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. They share responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource.
    • Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
    • Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
    • Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials
    • Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
    • Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress
    • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
    • Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
    • Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site Preparing reports as required
    • Preparation of Project schedule and monitoring its implementation
